What we collect, and what we do with it.

This site collects only what you type into its forms. This notice says what that is, why, who reads it, how long we keep it, and how to ask about it.

Keystone Land Development (“the developer”) is the personal information controller for this website and the buyer portal. We follow the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173), its implementing rules and the issuances of the National Privacy Commission.

What each form collects

Site trip booking

  • What: Your name, e-mail, mobile number, the project, the day you prefer, your budget if you give it, and your note.
  • Why: For a seller to confirm the visit and prepare the lots and computations for you.
  • How long: Two years from the visit, unless you buy — then as part of your buyer record.

Message to the sales office

  • What: Your name, e-mail, mobile number if you give it, the project it is about, and your message.
  • Why: To answer it, or pass it to the person who can.
  • How long: Two years from our last reply.

Seller accreditation inquiry

  • What: Your name, e-mail, mobile number, whether you are licensed, and your experience.
  • Why: For our sales manager to contact you about accreditation.
  • How long: Two years, or for as long as you are an accredited seller.

Online reservation

  • What: The buyer's full name, e-mail and mobile number, the lot, and the payment's channel, date and reference number.
  • Why: To hold the lot, match the payment, issue the official receipt and prepare the Reservation Agreement.
  • How long: With the contract and receipts, as long as tax law and PD 957 require (ten years after the title is delivered).

Buyer portal sign-in and payment reports

  • What: The e-mail you sign in with, a one-time code (stored only as a digest), and for a payment report the amount, date, channel and reference.
  • Why: To show you only your own contracts, and for the cashier to issue the receipt.
  • How long: Sign-in records for a year; payment reports with the receipt, ten years.

Who reads it

The sales office and the seller assigned to you for site trips and messages; the cashier and the accountant for payments; the documentation desk for your loan and title. Your lender (Pag-IBIG or a bank) receives what you authorize for the loan. E-mails are sent through our messaging provider, who handles them only to deliver them. We do not sell your details and we do not share them for anyone else’s marketing.

The lot map

The public lot map shows only whether a lot is available. It never shows who reserved or holds a lot.

What this website keeps in your browser

  • keystone-theme (local storage): whether you chose the light or dark look.
  • keystone-opened (session storage): that the opening animation has played this visit, so it plays only once.
  • ks_portal (a cookie, only after you sign in to the buyer portal): your portal session. Scripts on the page cannot read it, and signing out ends it.

No analytics, no advertising pixels, no tracking cookies. The spam check on our forms is Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks your browser to tell a person from a bot; Cloudflare’s own privacy policy covers it.

Your rights

You may ask what we hold about you, have it corrected, object to its use, have it erased or blocked where the law allows, take a copy of it, and complain to the National Privacy Commission. Write to us. We answer within fifteen working days.
