The terms, in plain words.
What the figures on this site mean, what an online reservation commits you to, and how the buyer portal works.
Prices and estimates
Prices on the lot maps and model pages are the list prices in force today and may change with a new price list. Monthly figures from the calculator are estimates. Your price, the VAT decision, the discount and the miscellaneous fees are frozen only in your Reservation Agreement, and a lender decides the loan amount and rate.
The lot map
The map is refreshed every minute. A lot shown available may be reserved by someone else before you finish; if that happens, the online reservation tells you and holds nothing.
Online reservations
An online reservation holds the lot for you while our cashier matches your payment. Once matched, the official receipt and the Reservation Agreement are issued in the name you gave. The reservation fee counts toward the price and is not refundable if you withdraw, except where the developer cannot deliver the unit. Sign the Contract to Sell within the days your agreement states. See how to buy.
Payments
Pay only Keystone Land Development, at the cashier against an official receipt, or to the developer’s own accounts. No seller may receive payment on our behalf. A payment you report online is a report until the cashier matches it.
The buyer portal
The portal shows your own contracts only. Keep your e-mail account secure: the sign-in code is sent there. A portal account can be switched off by the developer, for example when a contract is assigned to someone else.
Licences
Every project is sold under a License to Sell from the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development, shown on its page.
